1. Service Scope

Ambica Enterprise provides heavy vehicle dispatch, earthmoving, fleet leasing, and tyre agency solutions. All services are subject to operational availability, routing confirmations, and transport safety regulations under state laws.

2. Fleet Rentals & Liability

When leasing or renting vehicles and machinery from our fleet:

• The lessee agrees to operate equipment under approved payload limits and site constraints.
• All machines are supplied in road-ready, tyre-optimized condition. Any operational defects should be reported immediately.
• Lessees must comply with safety specifications and hold valid certifications for vehicle operations.

3. Quotation & Bookings

All price offers are estimates and subject to changes based on distance modifications, material density variations, toll alterations, and custom dispatch requirements. Confirmations are closed upon contract signing.

4. User Agreement
